Your tasks

  • Recording service requests and preparing quotations
  • Order processing of special machines and spare parts, from order entry to delivery, including preparation of invoices and delivery documents
  • Order processing for repairs and complaints about spare parts
  • Export processing including preparation of export documents
  • Implementation of administrative dispatch processing
  • Organization of employee installation assignments and travel expense reports
  • Your profile

  • Completed training in the commercial sector and professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
  • Confident handling of MS Office and professional experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP
  • Technical understanding
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, responsible way of working, problem-solving and communication skills
