Standalone machines
ISIMAT can supply standalone machines that can be linked to existing machines on site. The selection of a machine depends on the required decoration and production speed:
Hybrid printing (flexo and screen) up to 120 tubes/minute
Screen printing up to 90 tubes/minute
Screen printing up to 120 tubes/minute
Screen printing up to 180 tubes/minute
Tube decorating lines
An ISIMAT tube printer can be supplied with a tray unloader, buffer(s) and a packaging machine to form an integrated tube decoration line.
Tube finishing lines
An ISIMAT tube printer can be supplied with Hinterkopf machines such as buffer, lacquering machine, capping machine, to form an integrated tube finishing line.
Cap decoration
Lipstick caps
High speed screen printing machines decorate lipstick caps with up to six colours. Automatic feeding systems can be supplied with the machines.
Screw caps for bottles
High speed screen printing machine for printing with up to six colours onto screw caps with long printable skirts. Automatic feeding systems can be supplied with the machines.

Plastic jars – round, triangular, square – can be printed with up to five colours or printed with up to three colours and hot stamped – depending on machine configuration.
