Tube Finishing Lines

Two premier suppliers to the global tube industry - Hinterkopf and ISIMAT - work in an alliance to offer customers a one-stop shop that not only supplies the machines for tube finishing lines but also offers comprehensive project management services.

Integrated tube finishing lines are customised and can comprise of an offset printing machine, a screen printing machine or a hybrid printing machine (flexo and screen printing). Transport/transfer units can link any one of these tube printers with a capping machine and a lacquering machine; intermediate buffers can be positioned between individual process stages to separate production processes and increase the performance of the line.

A complete line will be specifically designed to meet specific production requirements including the available space on the premises, taking into account ceiling height, pillars etc. If required, a complete line can be erected in the factory for a factory acceptance test to ensure speedy installation and commissioning on customer’s site.
